Do you like the fish stick plank, or the flat tri

Do you like the fish stick plank or the triangle? As for me, I like them all, no matter the shape, cause all they really are are left over fish parts from fish refineries, smelting plants, distribution centers, and assembly lines. Just anything fish-related, no matter the location, species, or even if it is not a fish goes into the fish stick.

Pick your poison- Which one is your favorite?

I went to Mexico to an orphanage to volunteer and there was a fish plant donw on the coast below us. 5 weeks of smelling that stuff will make you see double and call your mama a silly thing. WOW, what a nasty smell, but I still love fish sticks.

Great comments guys and/or gals

The battered triangle over the breaded plank and covered with tartar sauce.

When I lived in New England we had a local summertime fast-food named Paul's Fish Fry.  They sold the tastiest foot long breaded crooked fillet on a hot dog bun with the ends of the fish extending way out past the end of the bun.

Now I live in the Rocky Mountain west where the best battered or breaded fish is usually average at best.  I usually grill salmon fillets with whatever seasoning sauce I have in the cupboard.

There used to be a really good local fish house here called The New England Chowda House that had really food fried seafood and a portrait of Fenway Park on the wall.  They closed a couple of years ago so I'll just have to make do until my next trip back east.

I have to go with the square (if that is a choice).  It fits better on a bun with a slice of cheese and tarter.
